One of the more difficult problems with distance learning is understanding how to manage e-learning. While there are many businesses and colleges that want to offer online learning, the costs associated with licensing commercial software are discouraging. Our solution is Moodle, a robust, open-source learning management system. Moodle is flexible, reliable and cost-effective. We develop the right look and feel, train instructors how to use Moodle and assist in the management of courses and instructional events. Consider the possibilities - instructor-led (asynchronous) workshops, self-paced learning modules, live (synchronous) broadcast sessions, or hybrid courses are all possible.
